Rachel Beth Keller, PhD
Staff Scientist

Picture
Rachel Keller is a staff scientist within the Hale Family Research Center at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Rachel received her PhD in Pathology from the University Of Washington under the mentorship of Dr. Peter Byers during which she studied rare genetic diseases of bone and connective tissue.

Her current research interest is the enablement of precision oncology through 1) continued genomic characterization of patient tumors to identify subpopulations who might benefit from targeted interventions and by 2) facilitating the use of genomic data in routine clinical cancer care. When not analyzing tumor sequencing data, Rachel spends her time bouldering, hiking, and otherwise acting like you would expect a former Seattleite to act.
