We are a basic and translational oncology laboratory with a mission to improve the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. We use genomics, functional genetic screening, molecular and cell biology approaches to:
Understand the genetics and biology of pancreatic cancer and other RAS-driven cancers
Discover and mechanistically define new therapeutic strategies that can be validated in preclinical cancer models
Translate laboratory findings into new clinical trials
Our research team is comprised of bench scientists, computational biologists and clinicians who work together with a common goal to improve the care of pancreatic cancer patients.
