Connor Hennessey
Research Associate
Connor’s work in the lab focuses on profiling pancreatic adenocarcinoma utilizing single cell transcriptomic methods and analyses on primary patient and murine samples, as well as interrogating mechanisms of sensitivity and resistance to novel RAS inhibitors in patient derived organoids and cell lines.
In the future, Connor hopes to pursue a PhD with a focus in cancer biology and dedicate his career to understanding therapeutic resistance in cancer and exploiting mechanisms of resistance as potential therapeutic targets. Outside of the lab Connor enjoys backcountry skiing, backpacking, and running. Contact: ConnorJ_Hennessey@dfci.harvard.edu |
