Jimmy Guo
Graduate Student

Picture
Jimmy is an MD/PhD student at the UCSF School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School's Biological and Biomedical Sciences program. His research aims to understand the impact of transcriptional states on sensitivity to chemotherapy and KRAS inhibitors through single-cell RNA-seq, genome-wide CRISPR screens, and genetically-engineered isogenic models.

Outside of lab, he manages a fantasy football team and can likely be found at your local Sweetgreen.
