Kevin is involved with the creation and development of analysis strategies for bulk and single cell RNA-sequencing data, CRISPR screen data, and chemical compound testing in pancreatic adenocarcinoma cell lines and patient derived orgnaoids. He also develops computational methods and software tools to complement ongoing experimental efforts in the Aguirre lab and larger Hale Center.
